Content arrived faster than it could be translated by hand, in several languages, with formatting and domain terms that generic translation broke. The workflow had to be fast, consistent and safe to run without supervision most of the time.
02The solution
An automated workflow picks up new content, translates it with language models using a controlled glossary, validates structure and terminology, and routes only the uncertain cases to a person. Results are versioned and published through the existing content system.
